All documents submitted for translation are treated as strictly confidential. All translators and staff sign NDAs. Source files stored in encrypted cloud storage. Files deleted 30 days post-delivery unless maintenance contract active.

6. Retention

Client data: project + 6 years (LGT). Source documents: 30 days. Translation memory: ongoing clients only. Invoices: 6 years.
