2. Services

Translation services delivered digitally. Sworn translations include MAEC-certified seal and signature.

3. Payment

EUR. IVA 21%. Stripe or transferencia. Under €300: upfront. Over €300: 50/50.

4. Confidentiality

All documents confidential. NDA with all translators. Source files encrypted.

5. Accuracy

Errors attributable to us corrected free within 30 days of delivery.

6. Consumer Rights

14-day withdrawal per RDL 1/2007. Waived once translation work begins.

7. Law

Spanish law. Courts of Madrid. EU ODR: ec.europa.eu/odr.
